■ Introduction
I have been working as a professor in the Department of Economics at Hanyang University ERICA Campus since 2001. Prior to my tenure at the university, I worked at KISDI (Korea Information Society Development Institute), a government-funded research institute, where I served as the Executive Director of the Telecommunication and Broadcasting Policy Research Division. Even after joining the university, I have provided advice on the government's information and communication policies. In particular, from 2005 to 2008, I led the "Spectrum Engineering Policy Research Center," a government-supported IT policy research center, and supported the government in formulating spectrum management policies. My research interests include measuring the value of radio spectrum, spectrum management policies, and regulatory policies for telecommunications services. I teach microeconomics, industrial organization, and telecommunications economics.
