■ Introduction
Professor Chung Yo-sup, currently serving in the Department of Business Administration at Hanyang University, earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Hanyang University, followed by an M.A. in Business Administration at Seoul National University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Georgia State University. He teaches a variety of insurance courses, such as Principles of Insurance, Life Insurance, and Strategic Management in Insurance.
He is the author of Theory and Practice of Insurance and has published numerous papers in journals including The Journal of Risk and Insurance, Journal of the Korean Insurance Society, Risk Management Studies, and Insurance Development Research.
He has received the Best Paper Award from the American Insurance Association, served as President and Editor-in-Chief of the Korean Risk Management Society, and as Vice President of the Korean Insurance Society. He is currently an advisor to the Korean Risk Management Society and a board member of the Korean Insurance Society.
