■ Introduction
Professor Ha Jun-Kyung, currently affiliated with the Department of Economics at Hanyang University, holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Seoul National University and earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Brown University in the United States. He has conducted research in macroeconomics and finance at the Bank of Korea’s Financial & Economic Research Institute and at the Korea Institute of Finance.
He has published numerous papers in both domestic and international academic journals including Journal of Money Credit and Banking, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade, Journal of Economics of Ageing, Economic Modelling, Asian Economic Journal, 경제분석 (Economic Analysis), 금융연구 (Financial Research), and 한국경제의 분석 (Analysis of the Korean Economy). His active research interests include macroeconomics, economic growth, investment in R&D and human capital, monetary/financial issues, and demographic structure.
