Dr. Gilsoo Lee is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management in the School of Business Administration at Hanyang University ERICA Campus. He received his Ph.D. in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from Oregon State University. He holds a M.A. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a B.A. in Business Administration from Seoul National University. His research focuses on executive compensation, corporate governance, acquisitions, alliances, innovation, and corporate social responsibility. He has published his research in the Journal of Business Research and International Journal of Innovation Management. He taught undergraduate and graduate level courses such as Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, and International Business at Oregon State University and The University of Sydney Business School prior to joining Hanyang University.
